t’s that time of year again!
We are about to start early registration and we are planning for our next Faith Formation year 2017/2018. We have been so blessed with fantastic volunteers and we hope you will continue to serve our Lord by sharing your faith this coming year as well.
I am asking for your input so that we can make improvements in our programs. The following survey will be submitted to Cami Chedester and she will summarize all the suggestions for the planning committees, withholding your individual names from the summary list. We are asking for your name below so that we know what your wishes are for next year, but your comments and suggestions will remain anonymous. More free-form comments can be added at the end of this survey. Thank you for all that you do for Sacred Heart parish!

Wednesday 5:00 – 6:30 pm * PK3, PK4, K, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Wednesday 7:00 – 8:30 pm * 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and Middle
School grades 6, 7, 8
Tuesday 6:30 – 8:00 pm * RCIA/Family Catechumenate
(needing Baptism or who are
from other religion faiths)

(full communion means a person is able to receive Holy Communion, has been Confirmed and is either single or has a valid Catholic Church marriage)
