Add a Name to the Prayer List

*Fill out the email form with YOUR name and email information. In the message section, please indicate the name(s) you would like added to our Sacred Heart Prayer List.
*Names will remain on the list for 3 months. After that time, please resubmit the name if continued prayers are needed.
*Please make sure you have each person's permission to add them to the Prayer List.
