We pick a book to read and do Pietra Fitness so bring an exercise mat. PIETRA FITNESS COMBINES STRETCHING AND STRENGTHENING EXERCISES WITH CATHOLIC PRAYER AND MEDITATION TO BRING RESTORATION AND HEALING TO BODY, MIND, AND SOUL.

MEN-THURSDAY NIGHT: That Man is You | 6:00 PM | FLC (9 weeks spring and fall)

WOMEN-FIRST SATURDAY: Following 8 AM Mass | CCE BLDG.

After Mass, we meet in the CCE Bldg. to eat breakfast, hear a speaker, and then pray a Rosary.
